PTFE Conveyor Belt for Drying Applications

The WellFlon PTFE mesh belt is composed of a high-quality PTFE resin coating applied to a woven open mesh fiberglass or aramid fabric (such as Kevlar) or Nomax base material. The maximum width of the belt is 10m. This conveyor belt is compatible with all types of heating systems. Its non-stick surface, high mechanical strength, light weight, heat resistance and cost-effectiveness make it an ideal replacement for metal belts in drying applications.

The principal applications of PTFE open-mesh fabric are in the fields of screen printing, the drying industry, the packaging industry, the textile industry, and the wood processing industry. The material is employed as a heat-resistant and non-stick conveyor belt for the transportation of materials through ovens. PTFE open-mesh fabric has been certified by the FDA and LFGB, and it is suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs.
